Trin is idyllic and quiet yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/biking and climbing area at mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is 15 min away.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

You will find a spacious and very bright flat (100m2) with 4 rooms, balcony and a fabulous roof terrace with lots of sun and view to the mountains. The apartment lays on the top floor in a over 150 year old house. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bath tab and a separate toilet. In the basement you find room to store bicycles and skis safely. It is furbished in a simple but charming way. We also rent out three B&B rooms on the floor under the flat.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair.
