This gorgeous studio apartment is situated only steps from the beach, the turquoise blue Atlantic and Caribbean sea. A more romantic spot is hard to find. From the bed you are watching the sun and moon rise over the sea. There is a kitchenette with coffee, tea and toast making facilities, a bar fridge provided with your breakfast amenities. By the beach is a wonderful dock to sun bake, laze with a book and a cold drink. The property is solar powered & off grid. Rain water is the water supply.

The House and pool are all on one level, which makes for easy accessibility by wheelchair. There is a dedicated, free parking space and free wifi. Guests have complete privacy as there are no shared amenities. The house is surrounded with wildlife and forest, with not only beautiful open views towards the sea, but also walkable to the beach of Anse La Roche, one of the most beautiful beaches in Carriacou. A short hike up the hill takes you to High North Point, the highest point of Carriacou.

Your own lovely self contained studio house in the seaside garden of our own house...with A/c and nestled under a giant fig tree. We now have a double kayak for guest use. Situated a few steps from a palm- fringed beach and lagoon, behind is a swimming pool and parking, has a Mini kitchen, table with 2 chairs and shower room and a lovely 4 poster bed , sink is made from million year old fossil rock! has a hammock for you to while away the hours. Guests would love the apartment it's affordable and in an excellent location with a truly Grenadian feel. Its cozy and clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly. Great views, and only 5 minute walk from world famous Grand Anse beach, & 10 minute drive from MBIA airport. SGU is 10 minutes drive away. St. George town is 10 minutes by bus or taxi. There are excellent supermarkets within 5 to 7 mins by bus or taxi. Buses are just a short 2 minute walk away and cost EC2.50 or USD1.00.
