Unique with style! A lovingly restored roaring 20's house with many original features, honoring Chipeta "Queen of the Utes". It's family friendly and cozy but full of Native art and artifacts. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit and large patio. Nestled in a quiet family neighborhood, please be quietly mindful, not trespassing on their peace. We are located in the historic district, within walking distance of the University and several parks. We do have tenants in the UNshared basement apartment.

THE BARN. This is a guest house on 10 acres surrounded by farmland. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen and dining, full laundry set up and 2 car garage. We call it the barn because it looks like a barn and is frequently mistaken as a barn. A real wood fireplace in living room makes this a cozy place to stay. Large patio offers unrestricted views. Located just a few miles from town so you are close to the main attractions and trails. RV/trailer parking available.

This is a unique, newly remodeled 1930's home just four blocks from downtown in a safe quiet neighborhood offering plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument.
