Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.
