There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is 5 minutes away; Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) is a 60 minute drive. The magnificent beaches by the Llyn Peninsula are only 45m away.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

In its rural setting you can enjoy open pastures and spectacular views or you can cross the wooden footbridge over a stream to explore the area .
