The bright, spacious, very modernly furnished and stylishly furnished apartment (approx. 95 m²) with 2 balconies is centrally located directly on the waterfront of Friedrichshafen and very close to the train station, restaurants, beer gardens, bakery, supermarkets, harbor and the pedestrian zone. You can walk to the shore of Lake Constance and the beach club in about 1 minute. It is only about 4 km to the fair and the airport. An underground parking space is included in the price. Fast WiFi is available.

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.
