Eclectic Garden Apartment in a Quiet Residential Area

This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. In-between your bedroom and bathroom, there is a dressing room with closets and access to your own storage space, e.g. for your suitcases. You enter this apartment by a door that is completely separate from the other main entrance of the house. Happy to provide support and/or tips about what to do here in Zurich. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. A few shops are within walking distance. Nearby public transportation provides a 20-minute ride to downtown Zurich and reaches the airport in 30 minutes. Next to your apartment there is a tramway station that brings you to downtown Zurich, which takes about 20 minutes. Close to the apartment, there is also a bus station and among the lines offered, interesting certainly is the one that connects you to Zurich-Oerlikon's railway station to catch a train to Zurich Airport, total travel time to the airport around 30 minutes. On the other direction of the bus line, you get to Zurich-Altstetten and there's again another railway station. We have a dedicated car parking space for our guests on the other side of the street in front of our house.

We are also happy to welcome other guests in the open apartment. There is a direct 2o minute tram connection to the city centre. Please note that there are NO separate rooms as it is a loft apartment.
