Casa Emma and Casa Sofía are two identical, semi-detached houses. Each one with its privacy, porch and independent entrance. They share a lovely garden. Each house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is en suite), a living-dining room with sofas, a corner kitchen and a charming private porch with table and chairs. Mediterranean in style, they have been recently renovated with all the comforts and modern equipment: dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, microwave, etc.

Very beautiful finca style house with lake and sea view and pool. Fully renovated. Situated in a quiet and protected area just a few minutes car or bike ride from the most beautiful beaches of the island and close to nice restaurants, bars and shops at the harbour and in Espujols. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A living and dining room with open kitchen as well as a separate room in the tower with a big launch. Lots of terraces and exterior dining area. 180° lake and sea-view and to the west .

The Francisca house is located about 5 minutes walk from Es Caló de Sant Agustí and three minutes from the beach. The area is very quiet and is perfect for resting and relaxing on the terrace after having a barbecue. The rooms and the living room are spacious. The house has three air-conditioned rooms and in the living room there is a TV. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob and is fully equipped. You can also enjoy a private terrace in the back.

Perfect for family holidays, 5 minutes from S'Estany d'es peix and 15 minutes from the Can Marroig reserve.
