Lovely house close to town and beach - and wilderness bath

We'll rent out our lovely new built house when we're out. Here live 2 cats that must be both outside and inside, guests must give them some food when the bowl is empty. It has a lovely garden and a cosy terrace, with furniture. Next to the house is a school where there is a nice playground that can be used when the school is closed. 2 km down to the center of town 10 km to a nice beach. Please note that bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and dishcloths must be brought with you. All beds have pillows and duvets.
