The space is ideal for a couple, large room connected and cozy. In the outdoor area there is a beautiful pergola good for lunch outdoors or reading books that I leave available. Located in the north of the island, between three beaches. 750 meters from Ponta das Canas beach, 850 mt from Lagoinha beach and 1 km from Brava Beach. Nearby the house there are supermarkets, restaurants, pizzeria, hamburgueria, fitness center, laundry, pharmacy, beach goods store, flower shop and ice cream shop.

Cozy studio in great location

Comfortable and cozy studio in a residential area, very well located. It's close to UFSC and UDESC, and 9km from downtown. A quiet and calm place, where you can have a good night of sleep. There is also an outside area where you can relax, have a coffee and a sun bath, together with our loving Golden Retriever. You are gonna love it! You will have a full kitchen, a double bed, shower with hot water, wardrobe, ar conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linen, blankets, towels and heater.
