Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a blend of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air/air pump, hob and fridge/freezer. Freshly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor with Skanörs Stadspark. To Skanör harbor it is 1,8km and there are several cozy restaurants. ICA store open 07-23, 700m. Flommens Golf Club is about 3.7 km away. In Falsterbo there are also a few restaurants, café and a small Ica shop.

Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
