Large independent house located in the Sierra de Beijar, 20 minutes from theski slope of La Covatilla, 15 minutes from the La Cerrallana golf course and 10 minutes from the Banos de Montemayor Spa. It is ideal for hiking along a multitude of roads in the area (perfectly signposted), including the new green road of the Ruta de la Plata. In a radius of no morethan 20 minutes by car you can enjoy beautiful towns such as: Hervas, Candelario, Montemayor del Rio, etc. It has six bedrooms, all with full bathroom; three with double beds and three with two twin beds, to which four extra beds for children and two travel cots can be added. It has eight bathrooms, kitchen with office, living room and living room. There are different outdoor recreation areas: chillout, outdoor porch, private patio with living area, aswell as 800 meters of plot with lawn. A 10-minute walk away, and for the exclusive use of guests, you can also enjoy a swimming pool with a garden, blocks with 10 boxes and arustic track for horsebackriding. Note: According to Decree 3/2017 of February 16, which regulates tourist accommodation establishments in the Community of Castilla Leon, this house will never be rented for a period of more than 30 days in total over a year complying with the definition of regularity of said decree.
