Large parking place reserved in the basement, access to this parking with badge. Close to the quays on the left bank (5 min. walk from the ARMADA) and Rouen Cathedral (15 min. walk). Apartment in very good condition and well soundproofed, with balcony. It is easy to access and very well connected by public transport, 3 metro stations from the SNCF station.
