Bright, spacious 2 BR suite in great neighborhood!

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, coffee, tea) that can be eaten at the table in the family room. Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.
