Próximo al antiguo cauce del Río Turia, Barrio del Carmen, Plaza de Toros, Estación del Norte, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Centro Histórico, con autobús directo a la playa. El piso se sitúa también a escasos minutos a pie del barrio de Ruzafa. Una de las áreas con mejor oferta gastronómica, bares de copas y ocio nocturno. Muy silencioso y tranquilo por las noches.
