An oasis of calm near Edinburgh airport

Only 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport by taxi. A beautiful modern family home right next to Forth Bridges and Dalmeny train station and 20 mins to centre of Edinburgh. An ideal, peaceful spot from which to enjoy Edinburgh at all times but particularly during the Edinburgh Festival when the city is choked with visitors. A great starting and finishing point for touring (cycling) the North of Scotland. We are literally 5 minutes from Fife. A simple self-service breakfast (buffet) is provided.

This stylish place is close to most anywhere you wish to walk to in Edinburgh. 15 min walk to West end of Princess Street Jhonny Walker corner ,or 40 min to the East End of Princess Street . My house sits in the secluded greenery, just past the West end ,and situated on top of Dean Village . Edinburgh Sportsclub is 3 min walk away. Gallery of Modern Art 1 &2 ,is 2 min walk away . Bright large sunny room for 1 Female guest only.

Female only. Bright and airy double room 1 guest. Newly decorated with new carpets in a family home. It's quiet residential area shared with me & my 2 cats. Upstairs bathroom is modern fully tiled with original Cast Iron bath & downstairs shower room. Back garden for smokers. Free on street safe parking. Appr 20 minutes by bus to Central Edinburgh £2 per trip or upwards of £10 Taxi/Uber. 20 minutes walk to the Royal Botanical Gardens and 5 minutes to Granton Bay. Female guests only please.

Comfortable attic triple room with en suite. Smart TV/DVD, Kettle, refrigerator & microwave in room. Good location for touring and city bypass is only 5 mins away. Direct access to city, airport and train station, bus stops outside house. Supermarket opposite which has a cafe, Free driveway parking available. Continental Breakfast provided in room. Room has sloping ceilings so maybe a problem for tall guests. Room is upstairs so not suitable for young children or disabled
