Beautiful property, with great views and wonderful fresh ocean breeze. Our apartment is located two blocks away of Charles Darwin main avenue. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to main attractions like the Charles Darwin Research Station and beach, great restaurants, fish market, cafés, shops, bike rental, dive shops, tour operators and more. Great option for guests seeking flexibility, comfort and good value. The bedroom has AC, however the living area only benefits form a nice sea breeze.

Modern apartment with ocean views located in the best area of the city, a few meters from El Murciélago beach and a few meters from the luxury Mall del Pacífico and countless restaurants with the best local food. Excellent place to vacation or to TELEWORK. Extremely safe place - 24 hour security. We have high speed fiber optic internet. We have pool, sauna and jacuzzi (Open from Tuesday to Sunday 10am-9pm). We have Ecuadorian coffee in our coffee station. We speak english and spanish!

It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive and a ride down when they leave (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 6 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.
