Enjoy long walks by exploring the nearby beaches and walking trails. Later, look out to sea from the spacious terrace and plan the next day's trips. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

★ The Peak On The Edge Of The 13th Century Walls ★

Dubrovnik is famed for its Old Town, but many of the unmodernised places will be private homes off-limits to the public. However, there are always exceptions, and this gorgeous 60 square metres studio in the centre is one of them close to a famed Buza Beach. It pre-dates the Great Earthquake of 1667, and those strong, sturdy walls look like they’d survive another! The bedroom has a king bed, so it’s an excellent spot for couples or honeymooners but this cosy apartment can sleep up to four guests

Villa del Mar is based in the prime location of Dubrovnik named St. Jakob. Its very quiet with no noise of the traffic but only 15 minute by walk to the old town and 5 minutes by walk to the beach. The view from the main terrace is exceptional and will take your breath away. On 100 m2 with two bed rooms, leaving room, fully equippted kitchen, two terrace, big bath room, parking spot, and a big mediteranean garden you will find the write place for your vacation. New fully renovated apartment situated inside of city walls. Large window in living room and large window in bedroom. It takes two minutes to walk dawn to go to main street Stradun. Swimming area with cocktail bar - 1min walk ( 100m distance ). Groceries shop- 2min walk. Pharmacy- 3min walk. Plenty bars and restaurants on walking distance. (2-3min) .
