Instead of a box in the sky or somebody's basement, you could have 2 whole floors all to yourself and spread out over 1795 sqft (167 m²). But only if you like cool central locations (Trinity Bellwoods) right in the middle of other great neighbourhoods. Helps if you also enjoy quiet tree-lined streets and red-brick Victorian homes. Beautiful detached heritage home in downtown Toronto. Wellesley Subway half block away. Just 1 bedroom w/ensuite. Formal dining room, living room, kitchen w/breakfast room, separate TV room, sun room. Please note there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND Indoors AND Front or Back Patio. Violation results in immediate eviction and maximum AIRBNB fine — though happily this has never been necessary :) **please also note: Oven is a counter-top convection oven that bakes and broils.
