Comfortable double room with en-suite

We are set on the cliffs of the North Devon Coast between Mortehoe and Woolacombe. Lundy House Hotel boasts breath taking views of the coastline and some of the best beaches in the area with stunning views of Lundy Island. We pride ourselves as being one of the few dog friendly hotels in the area (at a small surcharge per night.) We have 8 en-suite bedrooms that all offer:- White Egyptian Cotton Bed Linen. Room 1 (there are 3 B&B rooms available) in this B&B in the heart of beautiful Dartmouth. The Room is situated in an ancient building right in the centre of town, a mere 2 minute flat stroll to the inner harbour, embankment and 10 minutes to the Naval College. Room 1 is spacious, light and airy with a King Size bed, ample storage , ensuite bathroom and excellent tea/coffee facilities, inc fresh ground coffee and complimentary mineral water. There is an 8 point power extension with USB ports.
