This (entire!) house is located at water with a magnificent view. There is also a very luxurious hot tub available, perfect for autumn or winter! The city of Groningen can be reached in 20 minutes by car car. The center of Zuidlaren is easily accessible by bike. There are many possibilities to explore the area: walking, cycling or by boat. Modern wooden house on the lake.

Take a break back in this unique, soothing place to stay at the brand new summer home. The cottage was delivered in 2023 and has everything you need. Wonderful bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WIFI, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and no less than 3 bedrooms. It is 1 of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet spot.
