Photographers follow a set of guidelines to ensure high-quality results. They’ll capture rooms from different angles, look for clean compositions, and highlight special details to showcase your unique home. You can expect to receive two to three images per room.

Once your photos have been uploaded to your listing, you’ll have the ability to rearrange the order (if you wish) and to add captions. Captions provide additional context to guests and help them determine whether or not your home is right for them.

You won’t be charged until the photos are live on your listing. The cost of your photoshoot will be subtracted from your next payout(s) until the balance is paid in full. If you choose to cancel before the shoot, you won’t be charged.
A photoshoot lasts up to 1 hour. We ask that your house is photoshoot-ready by 8:00 AM the day of the scheduled appointment.
Photographers are asked to capture 2-3 images of each room offered in the listing. If there are areas that you want to emphasize, let your photographer know in your messages.
The photographer’s role is to take the photos. They may assist in adjusting pillows or turning off lights. The house must be photo-ready when they arrive. This will ensure that the photographer has enough time allotted to capture all necessary photos.
It can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks from the moment you request the service to the time your images are published to your listing. This is based on yours, and your photographers, availability.
Once your images are approved, they are immediately published to your listing, where you can then change their order, delete, and/or add captions.

Please ensure all housekeeping, cleaning, and laundress services are scheduled and completed prior to the photoshoot in order to keep things running smoothly and on-time.
