Hi everyone, I am Stefan, Maro’s son. Welcome to my mother’s beautiful apartment in sunny Cyprus. The apartment is newly refurbished (70sq m): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies. 1 bedroom is ensuite, the other has a sea view. Beds are all new and super comfortable. There is a shared pool, and you’ll have your own parking space. The nearest beach (called MATH) is only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is just a 10-min drive to Protaras, 15 min to Cape Greco and 20 min to Agia Napa.

This flat offers a unique (and honest) opportunity to live like a local with exceptional closeness to the sea. PS: Safety warning signs have been posted around the building due to attempts to encourage residents to vacate, allowing others to redevelop the complex into a hotel. Hence, these signs do not reflect the reality with regards to the building’s safety. Attempts are ongoing to save the building! Please refer to the last photo.
