Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

A quiet neighborhood with tall pines and a view through the trees of the largest lake in the Village. It has a fire pit and a charcoal grill. There are nine golf courses and 12 lakes in the Unites States largest gated community. A great neighborhood to walk to clear you mind. You will love this place!
