Prepare lunch in the kitchen and eat under a luminous orange umbrella on a rooftop terrace. This space is ultramodern on the inside, with soaring double-height ceilings and cool ceramic tiles underfoot. Cup of coffee or siesta on a balcony hammock! Hot or cold weather? Air conditioner and heater ready for you to enjoy. It is perfect for couples, families and friend groups on work or tourism in Mexico City. PRIVATE BATHROOM Under the bedroom each Loft has a spacious bathroom. INTERNET Super fast Internet (20mb upload & download speeds). Netflix included in T.V. SPACE DESCRIPTION AND WHAT'S INCLUDED ACCESS We have two identical spacious Lofts next to each other. There are only stairs (2 stories) to access the suites, and once you’re up, you enter the Loft experience. The staircase is a little tight so please let us know if you think there could be any problem and we’ll send you More images. BIG BALCONY There's a BIG window that opens from side to side that gives you access to comfy balcony with a hammock. It's great to chill and watch humming birds come for a drink. KITCHEN and MEAL The Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook and feel at home: Brand new Cutlery, water and wine glasses, plates in all sizes, pitcher, stove, microwave, regular oven, cleaning utensils and more. There are 4 places to enjoy meals or coffee: - Main table - Small table in balcony - On the couch by the T.V. - Table in Roof Top SOFT BEDSHEETS Our soft bed sheets have been carefully selected and you will find and array of pillows such as thick, thin, hypo allergenic, memory foam and/or feathered pillows so that you can have a great night sleep. KING BED There's one King Bed in the main bedroom and one Sofa that turns into a bed in the living room. TV + NETFLIX INCLUDED Our smart TV's are connected to the internet and include a Netflix account for you to enjoy while covered with Soft TV blankets. BICYCLES There are plenty of bike services all around the area. You can easily access their app and enjoy them at really low cost. On Sundays, there's a bicycle circuit that starts right outside our home. Streets are closed so it's a great and safe activity. CLEANING SERVICE If you book 3 days ir more, one cleaning service every 3 days goes on us. :) CLOTHES CLEANING SERVICES AND CONVENIENCE STORE A couple steps from our door step there's a clothes cleaning facility with Dry cleaning offering same day service. There's a 24 hour convenience store down the street. DESIGNED FOR AIRBNB I built and designed these spaces with my wife as we just remodeled our home. The place has been created to offer a delicious experience and it’s brand new. There's a shared Roof Garden that has a table with chairs as well as a couple of sun-beds. This area is sun lit all day long. Great for: - sun tanning - work meetings - exterior breakfast - Amazing for roof top dinners also. You'll find all that you need in the kitchen. We (myself, wife and baby) live underneath in our house and love to meet new people. Although we work a lot and everything is set for you to have a pleasant problem-free experience, if you ever need anything we are more than happy to help out and of course if we have some free time we'd love to get to meet you! The loft is in La Escandon, a great neighborhood that's walking distance to parks, coffee shops, markets, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, libraries, and public transportation. It's one block from a private hospital. Metrobus (trolley-styled) is a couple of streets away. A Metro station is also very near. Walking distance from tons of cool, amazing places. 2 bicycles are included free of charge Eco Bici (bicycle rental) station around the corner
