The beaches are 300 meters away: 2 min on foot or by bike It is a bright 1 storey high (3 flights of stairs- not asc) You will find the kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with sofa bed and a folding bed. Bathroom with bath and large sunny Balcony. Hot cold air conditioner to be well in every season. TOURIST TAX €1.10/PERSON sent by the host to the municipality of Ardea CIR 21405 IDs REQUIRED
