A large light filled self contained studio home. Decorated with a scandi-minimalist palette. This well appointed home offers a full kitchen with induction cooking facilities, convection oven and all the equipment to prep a romantic meal. A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Lovingly restored 1870s Stable next to Gertrude St

This original 1870’s stable has recently been fully renovated. It’s the cutest space, extending over two levels with many custom finishes, unique artworks, rare vintage lighting, it is packed character and charm. A two minute walk Gertrude street, Smith st and Brunswick street. If you are a footy lover it’s walking distance from the MCG, and the tennis centre for tennis lovers. On the edge of the CBD, next to Carlton, East Melbourne and the Exhibition gardens the location could not be better.

Cosy Inner City Studio Apartmnt. Spacious. Quiet.

This cosy & spacious self-contained studio apartment has its own street entrance and is very quiet. In inner city suburb of Brunswick, it is very close to cafes, restaurants, public transport, shops & bars. Also close to Fitzroy, Carlton, Northcote :) It has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and 2 induction cooker hotplates. Outside is lovely garden with a lemon tree (that nearly always seems to have lemons) and a very active birdbath. This is a quiet oasis with endless 5 star reviews :)
