A modern, bright and airy stone cottage offering excellent space with high ceilings, open plan living area and log burner. The front of the cottage faces onto fields with views across the Ribble Valley, with many walking routes either along the Ribble or up on to the imposing nearby Pendle Hill all starting from the front door. There is free parking at the property and a large south facing private patio with fire pit. A complementary bag of logs will be provided along with tea, coffee and milk.

My place is in West Bradford, just a mile and a half from Clitheroe with great views, countryside walks, cycling and a great restaurant a minute's walk away. The village of Waddington, a mile down the road, boasts three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You’ll love my cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep on a Hypnos mattress to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are very welcome.
