We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Beautifully decorated townhome with gourmet kitchen. 2 Bedroom but can sleep 8. Right on the Pine river between Round Lake and Lake Michigan. Short walk into town for restaurants, shopping, concerts, marina, Beach. You are right in the middle of it all. Centrally located in Leelanau County for wine excursions, dining and shopping. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only a 40 min. drive. We are ten minutes from Traverse City, 18 from Northport and 14 minutes from Leland’s historic Fish Town. It’s truly a great UP North experience. (Possible road noise)

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more. Two queen size beds are on one side of the suite and queen size sleeper sofa is on the other side with a living area and kitchen. Both sides have full bath, tv and room to lounge.
