Newly remodeled Barndominium nestled on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from XNA Airport, Pinnacle Hills Promenade, Walmart AMP, and many great restaurants. Barn at the Springs and The Creeks Golf Course are just down the road along with hiking trails around the Illinois River Watershed. Approximately 20 minutes from Bentonville and Fayetteville. Cyclist and biker friendly with garage space available upon request. I have a friendly Siberian Husky who loves people but doesn't get along with other animals, so no animals allowed.

Big apartment in a walkout basement on 1 acre in beautiful Cave Springs. Centrally located just minutes from the airport, bike trails, lakes, and shopping. High ceilings, windows, natural light. The bedroom (1 queen bed) sleeps 2 people, the twin bed in the living room sleeps 1, and there’s a couch for a 4th person if needed. You’ll have a private, fully loaded kitchen, basic cookware, private laundry, private bathroom, private office and WiFi. Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
