Questa piccola casa è perfetta per le coppie. E' possibile ospitare in più anche un bambino di altezza massima di 1,40m. Non sono presenti scale e altre barriere architettoniche. Ogni casa è indipendente e dotata di ogni comfort. Nell'ampio giardino di 1000 mq a disposizione si trova una piscina interrata in marmo 12x6 con idromassaggio e doccia calda adiacente, area barbecue con gazebo, e parcheggio.
