Please read the entire description before booking! This bright and modern property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Feel free to take a dip in either of our two gorgeous shared pools and relax in the extensive courtyard. . Inside you will find a cozy bed that will welcome you after a full day in the sun and a whole night of entertainment. You can head out for a quick 3-minute walk to one of Puerto Rico’s most famous bakeries, Kasalta. Spend the day at the beautiful Ocean Park beach which is a quick 5-minute walk. Once you are ready to come back for dinner, head out to Calle Loiza, which is a culinary hot spot and nightlife center. We have multiple units with different layouts. Some have kitchens and sitting areas, and some do not. Please make sure you are reading the unit description and confirming which type of unit you are renting. The units are exactly as pictured on the slideshows, there are no other rooms/areas other than those pictured. Note about Check-In Time: - Regular Check-In: 4:00 PM. - Early check-in between 1:00pm and 4:00pm will have a $25 additional fee. - Early morning check-ins (flights that come in at 1:00 am to 5:00 am), guests will have to reserve the previous night in order to accommodate check-in at that time. Otherwise, check-in time will be as listed above (Regular or Early Check-In)

Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

Enjoy the magical view of the swimming pool and the Condado Lagoon directly from your living room. A cool Tripper´s Inn Room #4

The neighborhood will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation, nonetheless it will also make you feel like a local. The beach, considered the best in the area, is just steps away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and up the street, Loiza street, is booming with new local bars and restaurants, all very good. The bus stop that will take you straight to old San Juan is 10 steps from the property. This same bus will take you up and down the tourists areas.
