The House has 2 bikes to enjoy the family friendly streets, outdoor shower, beach towels, a cart with 2 beach chairs, and an EZ tent for shade/self tap umbrella! There’s a Guidebook on the Airbnb site for great restaurants nearby, coffee at beach. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, centrally located condo just steps from the sand and ocean. Sunrise and sunset views from this breezy spot in the best location at CB for walkability to restaurants and entertainment without being in the midst of the bars, etc. Ocean peek from the private deck just across the street from beach access. Newer appliances and furnishings. Only one stairway up, for convenient loading from designated parking spaces directly under the condo. Kid-friendly!
