Cozy Coastal Cottage With Sprawling Sea Views
Take in endless views of the ocean walking up to this quaint cottage. Here, the pace is leisurely – sip coffee on the deck, watch the sunrise, and swim in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound on Colonial Acres Beach just outside. Newly renovated marble and tile bath.
We recently painted the whole cottage. We installed room darkening shades throughout. We purchased a new pullout loveseat that sleeps one with a memory foam mattress, if you bring a small child or need an additional bed. Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat. Not far away is mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, the Cape Cod Rail trail, bike, and boat rentals. Easy access to the mid cape to get to the outer Cape or the mid Cape Highway. Perfect area to take walks or to stroll on the beach! We will happily take $25.00 off your cleaning charge if you bring your own queen sheets, dish towels, and towels to use for the beach and bath! Just let us know!
There is a huge deck that may be shared by a few other cottage guests where you can grill, eat out on, or lay in the sun on one of the lounge chairs! The beach is directly out front over a walking bridge! There are two beach chairs and an umbrella to use!
We live close by so if you need us we can easily be reached or stop by!
This is a quiet beach community, where the daily action consists of joggers, boats out on the ocean, and splashing in the waves. For entertainment, there are shopping opportunities, restaurants, a bike trail, kayak, jet skis, and boat rentals nearby.
I would suggest a car. Although many things are very close by, it would be more fun to be able to get out and explore with a vehicle! There is a large lot for you to park your car in!
