Situated in a woodland location, this detached annexe at GOMO is in beautiful area. It has a fenced lawned garden which is exclusively for your own use. It is an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is a peaceful location but still very close to the nearest town Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail park.

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Perfectly located for Cambridge North train station and the Science Park. Off street parking and ideal for work. Bright and airy self contained flat with uninterrupted views over Stourbridge Common and the River Cam to watch the rowers and wildlife. Wonderful riverside walks/runs just outside the door, and stroll/cycle along the riverbank into our historic city and explore.
