Less than a 2-mile drive to downtown Stowe, this home is on a hill just off Route 100. Nearby Von Trapp is full of restaurants and other amenities. Ski and snowboard from Stowe Mountain Resort 9 miles away, with picturesque hiking in the summer.
I would highly recommend a four wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. House is on a hill with a pretty steep road leading to it.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining.
There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 yaks&SUPS available for use. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!
