Fully self contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge,dining,kitchen and laundry seperate guest house set upon our 15 acre property you will have your own privacy as this dwelling is seperate from the main residence. If needed the Melbourne CBD is approx 35km down the Calder freeway, close to Melbourne Airport approx 18 minute drive. We have a wood fire that can be used we can provide a 15kg bag of red gum for $20 which is an additional cost if you require this please advise ahead of time.
