Wooloowin is a very friendly neighborhood that is very safe to walk around, we also have some great places to eat and if you are a coffee lover you will love that we are surrounded by coffee shops (there are 3 great ones between 1-5min walk!!!)

The studio is located in the Wooloowin area (6km north of the Brissy CBD), in a very friendly, walkable neighborhood. There are some amazing eateries nearby and excellent coffee shops all around. Three coffee shops & train station are only steps away. Hop on the train for a 10-minute ride to the Airport or city.
We are only 100 meters from the train station and 10 min to either the domestic or international airport or the city!
We are also only 15min train ride direct to Southbank with its famous man made beach.....why not pack your swimmers and go for a dip, it's free!!
It's also a great place for a coffee or some lunch!!
We offer great amenities for our guests to use during their stay (like perfume, hair mask, hair dryer, hair styling products & much more!!)
Our kitchen is also fully equipped with salt, pepper, cooking oil etc, so there is no need to grab those if you want to prepare meals during your stay :-)

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
