Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Nice apartment on the 1st floor of a Bremen townhouse in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, kitchen & balcony. With this special accommodation, all important points of contact are at your doorstep: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10min walk to the Congress& Exhibition Center, 10min by bus to the train station & 15min to the city or to the Weser (battle). However, quiet location, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Lots of activities & restaurants right outside the door. So you can combine a city trip with relaxation.

Das Apartment " türkis " ( 34 m² )befindet sich im 1.OG . Es gibt ein durch eine Schiebetür abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer, mit einem 140 breiten Doppelbett und darüber einem 140 breiten Hochbett, das über eine Holztreppe erreichbar ist. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa auf dem noch zwei weitere Personen schlafen können. Eine Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank etc. ist auch vorhanden. Unser Haus befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Innenstadt.

Our guest apartment is located in the middle of the Bremer Neustadt and is therefore very centrally located. The apartment is located in the basement of a historic Bremen merchant villa from 1895. We recently renovated the apartment in 2018 and lovingly furnished it. Within walking distance you can explore the beautiful city of Bremen. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shopping, the daily weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafes, swimming pool, and much more.

The 45 sqm apartment in the two-family house, Bj. 1910 is particularly cozy with the floorboard. We have completely renovated and modernized everything in 2021. The furniture is harmoniously coordinated. The small apartment is cozy, but not too fully furnished - perfect for a short or even a longer stay. The well-kept garden is of course the most beautiful in the summer months. Here you can make a BBQ or relax with a coffee at the goldfish pond.
