Experience the history of the Old Town in an extraordinary apartment with soul. Designed comfortably for your stay, just a few steps from a multitude of restaurants, bars, and the main tourist attractions. A bottle of local wine or prosecco included. Beautifully designed and incredibly well lit, with barrel vault ceilings. The building itself is protected as Slovak National Heritage. We offer a 64m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city, next to Michael’s Gate, a 3 min walk to the Main Square and 15 mins from the castle. The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Historical house was built in the early 19th century. Flat´s location in the courtyard with the garden will give you safety and calmness. The area of 75 sq m and 3 separate rooms are spacious for 6 people. The house is situated in Old Town, walking to the Castle hill and pedestrian zone with all atractions. K bytu ponúkame aj parkovacie miesto na -3.poschodí. Objekt Byt je orientovaný na východ, svetlý a priestranný. Cozy Loft in Historic Heart of the City

Keep it simple with this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in an over 400 year old apartment building in the oldest part of the city on Klariská street, which is named after the Gothic church, which you can see in the attached photos (today it is mostly for cultural events) and the monastery of Clares - the monastic order of St. Clare.
