Just behind the house is a walking/biking trail. 1 Full size bed, 1 Futon, pack & play, & an air mattress . Walk-in shower & fireplace for extra warmth. Come stay in our updated basement unit! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs. We occupy the upstairs.

Please read our description before booking! Basement apartment close to I-15. Gas oven and range, full fridge, and breakfast provided. Close to Hill Air Force Base! You can enjoy a nice, quiet evening at the fireplace, grill in the backyard, or check out what’s around (Hill Aerospace Museum, Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, etc.). We are upgrading and updating the house as we can. The laundry room is in the basement, but separate from this apartment.
