My place is an 8 bedroom villa overlooking Boracay white beach and can accommodate up to 20 people although the price mentioned is for 16. Located in Hagdan, Yapak which is north of the island. The house has 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and a 20 metre infinity swimming pool and comes with staff and includes a driver and helpers. The helpers are there to clean and help with shopping and help with the washing up. The van is at your disposal but there will be a charge for use after 10pm

The listed price is good for upto 20 people. we charge php 1,000 per person for extra people.
please note the van can only hold 16. it is only a small island, so it is easy to make 2 trips or just rent a second van when needed.
Also please check the Room / bed layout below, as it is upto you how you share rooms. we just have 2 extra single mattress and 2 baby cribs we can use.

The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the main road to catch transport to anywhere on the island.
Note. There are steps from the main road leading up to my apartment therefore not suitable for persons who would struggle with this.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
