This former management house of the jeweler des Zaren was built around 130 years ago and is located in a wonderful district of Gernsbach. It's listed as a monument (that's why some things have a few signs of wear and tear). Since it was intended as a family house, the kitchen is in the basement - but on the same level as the back garden. The house has three floors and 95 sqm, the plot with old fruit trees and meadows 1200 sqm. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to allergies

Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away.
