The apartment is new in new construction. Designed in a loft style. It has a view of the old town and the fortress. Two bedrooms with balcony doors. It has a big kitchen and astudio.The stove is induction. There is a playground. There can be free guarded parking a couple meters from the house. You can walk to the park in 5 minutes. Through the park you can reach the bridge, through which we get to the old town. You can also walk to the old town from the bottom of the canyon. No pets allowed, no smoking or noise after 10pm!!!
