The Living Room: - Open concept Living/Dining/Kitchen with french doors overlooking the back yard - 75" Samsung 4k smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix The Dining Room: - Large dining table with seating for six - High chair also available for your little one! There are some locked owners cabinets in the kitchen and garage, but everything else is yours to enjoy. Old Town La Quinta is less than a mile away with lots of dining and entertainment options and the site of Coachella and Stagecoach is within easy reach. The Coachella Valley is best accessed with your own car and we have a large garage and driveway for you to park. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent for short trips. Local Noise Ordinance: The city of La Quinta has recently passed an ordinance banning vacation rental guests from playing music outdoors at any time of day or night. This is out of respect for neighbors who may be working from home. The city is very strict on this policy and may issue fines of up to $1,000, without warning, for violations that will be the guest's sole responsibility to pay.
