South Berkeley Cottage

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING. The nightly rate has been discounted to account for construction in the main house (cottage sits in the back). The work is mainly inside now and begins weekdays (no weekends) at 7am and there is construction debris in the garden. Spacious Studio Apartment Walk to Downtown and UC

Separate entrance to sun-filled, spacious studio apartment above main house. Private balcony overlooks a large garden that guests may use. 15+ minute walk to UC, downtown theaters, restaurants, BART to San Francisco. Queen bed, sitting area, and small fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster (not a full kitchen). 6 steps to front door; 14 steps to the studio. If over 6 ft. tall, this might not be for you (low ceiling). If you want peace & quiet surrounded by a beautiful garden this is for you!

Chill Urban Oasis at the Calmpound!

A lovely one-bedroom, 2 bed house in a beautiful tropical garden setting near the Bay and a mile from Cal. Truly and urban oasis in the middle of the city. We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. The cottage is minutes from downtown SF (only 12 miles drive.) Long term guest are the best, so feel free to inquire. House accommodates two comfortably... Come chill!

This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. Well designed, peaceful & sunny cottage - Berkeley

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.
