The cottage is completely renovated in 2021 so you get top notch kitchen and bathroom and nice finishes along with the atmosphere of a 19th century house. You live 30 km from Skellefteå in the village of Mjövattnet with about 200 residents. You have cozy little roads around and the nice Bureälven about 500 m away. The cottage is about 50 m from our dwelling house but is still secluded with its own car park and engine heater. There are ski tracks with electric lighting, football pitches etc. nearby.
