The flat is 24 sqm with a separate kitchen and a room of 12 sqm set in the second floor of a six-floor-building. The flat was almost completely refurnished in April of 2017. You can reach the Chlodwigplatz in 2min with abundant nightlife, culinary delights and leisure activities closeby. The train takes you to Köln HBF in around 15min. The Rhine is 10min from the flat, walking.

The 24 sqm large apartment is located in a convenient location to Cologne. The quiet accommodation is well served by the public transportation too. It has a 140cm wide bed, a sofa bed and a mini kitchen. Bakers and restaurants are located in the village. Attractive leisure destinations are the high rope course K1 in Odenthal, the adventure sauna Mediterana in Bensberg, the paper museum in Bergisch Gladbach. Hiking enthusiasts can start numerous hikes at their doorstep.

Liebevoll geführtes, kleines Hotel in bester Innenstadtlage. Mein Haus liegt ca. 12 Gehminuten vom Dom-Hauptbahnhof. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die U-Bahnhaltestelle Christophstraße/Mediapark liegt 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Ich biete begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr, Reservierung unbedingt erforderlich. W-Lan ist im gesamten Haus kostenfrei nutzbar. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsaufenthaltsraum.
