A villa/house 12 minutes from Bergen city center by car. It is spacey and has a great location with the most amazing view from both the kitchen and living room windows (see pictures) and all three bedrooms! A great cinema room with large screen and surround system. The villa is located by the sea with a large garden, multiple private areas for barbecuing, dining and recreation, private quay where you can sunbathe or go swimming.

Fantastic sea view with the approach to Bergen and very good sunny conditions. Sunset at approx. 23.15 in the month of July. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a private road. Good fishing and swimming opportunities on the island. Fresh fish can also be bought from local fishermen who come in from the sea every morning. Fantastic to kayak in the archipelago.
