Sleeps 6 with an additional pull-out sofa bed for a plus 1 (7 total). Memory foam king bed w/ premium bedding. Bunk room with 4 beds, all with memory foam mattresses. Adults can use them too. Host family lives upstairs and you will hear some of our sounds. We offer ear plugs and white noise machines to help. Happy to work with you.

Guest can use the playground, yard, and have access to a 2400 square foot deck with wonderful views of Mt. Timpanogos and beautiful sunsets to the west.
